I am delighted with the establishment of the website of the National Agency for Rural Electrification (ANER). Thanks to this site, the Congolese men and women will be able to be informed of the news of rural electrification.

In accordance with our commitments, a new stage for the visibility, the knowledge of the agency and the modernization of the rural community has been crossed. Our ambition is to offer users in rural areas the best possible service relating to electrification.

The website of theANERwill include, in the near future, a space to simplify procedures and allow fellow citizens to take full advantage of the services offered by theANER.

We will make every effort to make this site dynamic and accessible to everyone by offering varied content, articles, photos, videos of all our activities and projects.  Electronic administration is, in indeed, a tremendous opportunity to improve the quality of service. This is how the populations will be built on the pursuit of the march towards empowerment and the intensification of rural electrification.
